All discounts are applied by purchasing your ticket at the AT&T Stadium Ticket Office located outside the stadium on the day of the event. You will need to show your valid membership card in order to receive your discount. Discounts are only valid for the card holder.

You can enter on the Experiences page after logging in. If selected, you will receive an email with all necessary information of when and where to meet. The winner will be allowed one guest, as long as the guest is a paying member of Dallas Cowboys United. Game tickets and transportation are not provided.

You can purchase a membership online at dallascowboys.com/united, at any of the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops, or at any Dallas Cowboys events including home game days, Rally Days, Training Camp and more.

Memberships are set on auto-renewal. If your membership fails to renew, you will receive an email stating to purchase a new membership. If you would like to keep your original member ID, you can email united@dallascowboys.net with your original and new member ID and ask for your membership to be merged.

First, double check that you have logged in and updated your shipping address in your membership portal in order to have your account activated. If your account was already activated, email united@dallascowboys.net with your member ID and explain that you have not received your card.

Of course! All fans are welcome to join the Dallas Cowboys United membership. Unfortunately, due to shipping costs, we won’t be able to ship the membership card or welcome gifts to your international address. However, if you have a friend or family with an address in the U.S., we would be happy to ship your package to that address.

Due to personalization, no refunds or exchanges are permitted for Dallas Cowboys United memberships. We can cancel your membership so you no longer receive emails or the benefits, but we cannot refund the cost of the membership.

In order to apply your membership discount during our Exclusive Discount Days, you will need to register on Shop.DallasCowboys.com. Once you have an account, go to My Account > Subscriptions, click “Add Existing Dallas Cowboys United ID”, and enter your member ID and zip code. This will link your membership to your account, so you’ll be able to shop and save!

Absolutely. In order to keep your original member ID, email united@dallascowboys.net with your original member ID and new member ID and ask for your membership to be merged.

You will receive a notice a month before, a week before, and the day of renewal.
